             Today I've been looking over an aspect of investing called Tax Lien Foreclosures.  Since I'm also a newbie at this I found one site on google very helpful.  Go to http://www.foreclosurewarehouse.com/ and you will find a website that explains in detail the difference between tax foreclosures and and regular foreclosures.  Here is one little excerpt just to give you an idea:
            "Tax foreclosures are properties that have been foreclosed upon due to unpaid taxes, be they property taxes, income taxes or any other such taxes that may be levied on any type of property. This is the most common type of sale. In this type of sale the original holder will be absolutely forbidden to bid on his or her property according to the tax rules in many of the states in the US. This may also hold true in other countries towns and principalities."  I skimmed down and found a link at the bottom of this page that takes you to a website called http://www.deedgrabber.com/
             On this page you have an opportunity to subscribe to a five part email course that can give you an idea of what tax lein foreclosures entail.  I subscribed and was also given an instant download called Underground Tax Sales Strategy.  From here if you really like what you're being told then I believe you can buy the ebook Go Ahead, Be A Deed Grabber.  The information seems worthwhile enough to investigate.  I haven't read my emails or the dowload they sent me, but I plan on investigating it all and returning to report.  Has anyone else had the opportunity to look into this and does the information given really help?
